Step into a space of deep energetic alignment with this 90-minute Reiki session. Sessions begin with 10-15 minutes of gentle movement and breathwork, flowing into a Reiki attunement, which may include guided meditation and sound healing, all tailored to your unique needs. In this 90 minute session, clients will lie face-up and face-down on a massage table. Reiki hand positions will address the front-side and back-side body. Work with Sarah to connect with your body, set intentions, and open to your own loving energy. Whether focusing on a specific intention or desiring a general energy alignment, this session supports the release of stagnant energy, restoration of balance, and awakening of inner clarity, leaving you energetically grounded, revitalized, and harmonized.
