Service Description
Step into a space of renewed energy and harmony with a Single Room Energy Clearing. The session begins with a feng shui and energy assessment, attuning to the flow of the room and identifying areas of stagnation or imbalance. Through a personalized clearing and blessing ceremony, the space is infused with vibrant, open energy, releasing what no longer serves and inviting clarity, alignment, and positive flow. This practice transforms any room—whether a bedroom, office, or sacred space—into an environment that feels grounded, harmonious, and nurturing, supporting the well-being of all who inhabit it. In-person sessions are limited to within a 20 mile radius of Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that I am voluntarily choosing to receive a home energy clearing and that outcomes may vary, and that energy clearing is not a medical service and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition—physical, emotional, mental, or otherwise. I understand that energy clearing is a complementary wellness service and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional home/structural services. I understand that: Any medical, psychological, or safety concerns must be addressed by the appropriate licensed professional. This service does not replace cleaning, organizing, pest control, mold remediation, or any home maintenance needs. I am responsible for ensuring my home is safe, accessible, and free from hazards for the practitioner to enter. You agree to inform the practitioner of: Any pets in the home, Any areas that are unsafe or off-limits. I agree to provide safe, legal access to the home at the scheduled appointment time. If the practitioner cannot access the home (locked out, no answer, unsafe conditions, etc.), this will be considered a no-show, and the full session cost will apply. I understand that all personal information will be kept confidential, except as required by law. No photos or recordings will be taken without explicit consent. Sessions must be scheduled at least 3 days in advance. Sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase. Unused sessions after the expiration date are non-refundable. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment or they will be charged 50% of the session cost. No-shows, or if the practitioner is unable to access the home upon arrival, are charged 100% of the session cost. If a refund is requested before the first session, a 10% processing fee may apply. Sarah Maginniss & Three Rabbit Studios, LLC reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if: Anyone in the home appears intoxicated or unsafe, Weapons, aggressive animals, or hazardous conditions are present, The client behaves disrespectfully or inappropriately. If service is declined or stopped due to these reasons, the full fee may still apply. I hereby release and hold harmless Sarah Maginniss and Three Rabbit Studios, LLC from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from my energy clearing session(s), including physical, emotional, spiritual, or environmental effects that may occur.
