Service Description
Experience a personalized yoga practice tailored for a single participant or a small group (maximum 18 participants). This 75 minute session may include vinyasa, slow flow, restorative yoga, pranayama (breathwork), guided meditation, and peak posture sequences, offering a full spectrum of movement and mindfulness. Sessions are tailored to client needs and requests. Each session is designed to cultivate presence, strength, flexibility, and inner calm, while supporting physical alignment and energetic balance. Practices can be adapted to suit individual needs and intentions, creating a restorative, transformative, and deeply mindful experience. In-person sessions are limited to within a 20 mile radius of Chattanooga, Tennessee.
